Your data is backed up, encrypted, and stored on OnCall IT-owned systems at a highly secure, local data center. Client data is replicated to a sister site out of the region but still within the United States. We back up your data on an hourly basis, so an accidentally deleted file can be restored from as recent as one hour back. In addition, we store your data for seven years.
